Lei Invitation
Print the tropical party invitation on a piece of card stock and decorate the border with flower stickers or small drawings of flowers. Purchase inexpensive plastic flower leis and tie an invitation to each lei with string.
Beach Scene
Create a beach scene on the cover a of a blue folded card. Spread white glue on the bottom part of the card and sprinkle some sand on to make the beach. Draw in frothy waves in the ocean with white chalk and create a sun in the sky with a yellow sticker or piece of paper. Write the party details inside the card.
Tropical Flower
Cut a tropical flower shape out of a bright color of card stock. Write the luau information in the center of the flower and decorate the rest of the flower with glitter glue outlines on the petals.
Beach Ball
Invite guests to a poolside luau with an invitation written on a beach ball. Inflate each beach ball to create a smooth surface and write the party information on the ball with a permanent marker. After the ink has dried, deflate the balls, fold them and place them in envelopes.
