The Leading Hotels of the World, founded in 1928, is a prominent luxury hospitality association that represents many of the finest 5-star luxury resorts and hotels in the world, including facilities with 100 or fewer guest rooms. Bearing "The Leading Small Hotels of the World" logo, these hotels have the same first-class standards as the larger hotels and resorts of this association. Sandy Lane hotel sits in a grove above a 100-foot crescent of a sandy white beach in Barbados. The 96-room hotel offers one five-bedroom villa and 16 suites.
