Top Vegan Restaurants

Vegan restaurants encourage meatless diets.

There are numerous vegan restaurants globally, so narrowing them down to the top vegan restaurants is a task that is very opinion-oriented. The most well-known vegan restaurants in the U.S. range from upscale, high-priced eateries to low-key, modestly-priced restaurants all with one thing in common: They all encourage a meatless diet in their communities. Add this to my Recipe Box.

Blossom Restaurant-New York, New York

Blossom Restaurant is an upscale organic vegan eatery set up in a fine-dining atmosphere. The average price for an entr e at Blossom is $20, with many appetizers, sides and desserts to choose from, including braised tofu, ravioli with cashew cream, and even raw food sweet potato Rolls. Desserts come from Cocoa V, a chocolate boutique, wine and dessert bar that fits under the same Blossom umbrella as the restaurant, but has a separate location right down the street. Organic vegan fair trade chocolates are available for purchase from the website as well as the BlossomNYC.com site.
