Dinner cruises on Oahu take passengers along the shores of Waikiki.
Three of the major dinner cruises on Oahu are operated on the Ali'i Kai Catamaran, Navatek I and Star of Honolulu. Each vessel is unique, ranging from one of the world's largest Polynesian catamarans to a large, four-deck ship. Prices are comparable and are dependent on menu selection. Buffets are less expensive and cater to families, couples and seniors. Elaborate menus of three, five and seven courses with table service cost a bit more, but add to the ambiance of a beautiful sunset at sea in Hawaii.
Ali'i Kai Catamaran
Ali'i Kai means "Ruler of the Sea" in Hawaiian. The Ali'i Kai is one of the world's largest Polynesian catamarans, and it embarks on evening cruises every night from Aloha Tower, Pier 5. There is nothing quite like feasting on an all-you-can-eat island buffet and being serenaded with Polynesian music and dancing. You sail along the Waikiki Coastline, returning to the Aloha Tower two hours later. The Ali'i Kai is operated by Roberts Hawaii tours. Inquire directly for current menu and pricing.

Navatek I
The Navatek I is owned and operated by Atlantis Adventures. It is a 140-foot vessel that promises to be one of the smoothest sailing boats in its class, featuring a double hull and patented SWATH technology, which minimizes the effect of waves. There are two levels on board, reserved for either the Sunset or Royal Sunset dinner packages. Sunset passengers are seated on the lower deck and feast on a buffet full of island flavor. The upper deck is reserved for Royal Sunset passengers, who dine on a five-course dinner. Passengers are entertained with live music and dancing. The Navatek I is the only dinner cruise that goes past Diamond Head, showcasing the beauty of the east-facing Kahala coastline. Atlantis Adventures also owns and operates the Atlantis submarine, docked off the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Combination submarine and dinner cruise packages are available. The Navatek I is docked at Aloha Tower, Pier 6, and departs nightly for approximately two hours.
