Kids seeking mild entertainment can enjoy 4-D Adventures with SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer, and experience attractions on their own with junior rides. The entire family can ride together on the Circus Carousel, or play in the Midway Games and Arcade section. Admission is free for guests, with tickets purchased on a per-ride basis, with all day passes available as well.

MGM Grand Lion Habitat
Kids and parents alike can experience up-close interaction with lions at the MGM Grand Resort Casino. Children get the opportunity to watch the lions feed, play, groom, and sleep within their jungle-inspired habitat. For kids who want to be in the heart of the action, a glass dome allows guests of all ages to walk through a portal to get closer to the felines, all for no charge. For the adventurous young ones, take their pictures touching a real baby cub for a minimal charge.

CSI: The Experience
Recommended for children ages 12 and older, CSI: The Experience, located within the MGM Grand Resort, encourages kids to become crime-scene investigators. Videos guide crime-solvers of all ages who solve three murders using 15 lab stations to test DNA and examine bullets. Children can feel like grown-ups working to solve the mysteries, just like the cast on the CSI television series. After kids find the killer, they receive an official CSI diploma they can take home.

M&M World
Four stories of chocolate heaven welcome kids who explore the candy paradise. Featuring all things M&Ms, the store sells merchandise from earrings to pajamas. Children enjoy making their own bag of M&M's at the My Color section, where more than 40 different colors of the candy-shelled chocolate is available. Young ones learn the process of making M&M's during a walk-through tour, and can help the yellow M&M get his candy label back in a free 3D show, all available at no cost.

Madame Tussauds Wax Museum
Children see lifelike wax figures of notable celebrities at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. Located at the strip entrance, kids can take pictures with the king of Las Vegas, Elvis Presley, and Vegas performers, including the Blue Man Group, Criss Angel and Wayne Newton. Countless other actors and sports figures appear in wax. Madame Tussaud's is a self-guided tour, allowing children to move at their own pace, and learn more about the icons of Vegas featured within the exhibit.

Excalibur Fun Dungeon
Excalibur's Fun Dungeon lets children play classic arcade games and partake in carnival-type competitions to win stuffed animals or tickets to trade in for prizes.
