Senior Graduation Party Game Ideas
If your child is concluding her senior year and a graduation is on the horizon, you are likely considering having a party to commemorate the event. Games are a fun way to provide entertainment for and involve the party guests. Does this Spark an idea?
Guess the Age
This game involves matching pictures of the graduate to his age at the time. Spread out on a table a collection of photographs of the guest of honor from each grade in school. Place a lettered tag on each photo. Guests write the letter of the photograph next to the number of the grade they believe it corresponds to. Whoever correctly matches the most photos to the grades wins the game.
Best Graduation Walk
Supply each person with a cap and gown or ask the guests to bring their own. While sporting graduation attire, the guests must walk down the designated catwalk, showing off their best struts. Choose the best male and female graduation walker.
Graduate Trivia
Test the smarts of partygoers with a game of trivia. Before the party, create a set of questions that pertain to things that senior graduates should know, such as math, science, English and history. Split guests into two teams and supply each team with a bell. Read a question aloud. Teams deliberate. The first team to ring the bell and provide the right answer wins a point. If the answer is incorrect, the opposing team gets a chance to answer. The team with the most points wins.
Scavenger Hunt
Send the guest of honor and her friends to search for school memorabilia in a graduation scavenger hunt. Before the party, hide objects associated with the high school, such as trophies, photos, T-shirts, graduation tassels and pom-poms. Divide guests into two groups and supply each group with a list of clues that will guide them to the hidden objects. The first team to locate all of the objects on their list wins.
